We were delighted to welcome Sensei Jerry Kelly (5th Dan) down from the Wirral to teach in our Tuesday and Wednesday classes at Risinghurst.
Sensei Jerry treated us to two magnificent sessions, with a strong focus on basics. We also practised kicking and punching using pads. Our brown and black belts were treated to a deep dive into Seiyunchin, Sanseru, Shisochin, and Seipai. Thank you so much to Sensei Jerry. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
