The first "open" session will be 6pm on Friday 9th July 2021.
This will be to all existing members and is FREE of charge.
It is also free to any new enquiries.
Ages 5 upwards.
There will be a "stay on" bonus of extra training if we have a few grades keen to do an extra hour.

Saturday 10th July is 10:00 to 10:45 juniors ..... ALL grades can attend.
The training will be 11:00 to 13:00 for adults, with the beginners finishing at 12:00
Friday 16th same as above
Saturday 17th the same as above.
Junior grading Sunday 18th 10:00 to 13:00
Sparring gear required.
